- U.S. Concealed Cash: 2 weeks. CAN & INT Concealed Cash: 3 weeks. PayPal: You should pay at checkout, but if you do not, you have 1 week. (I.E. Pre-orders, etc)
❤ WHEN DO I SEND MY PAYMENT FOR PRE-ORDERS?
- You do not have to send payments for pre-orders until I send out confirmation emails.

- I make posts when I receive payments, so if you don’t see your name, then no. Check THIS tag, and also the updates tag.
❤ WHAT IF MY PAYMENT GETS LOST?!
- It is not my responsibility if your payment gets lost.
❤ WHEN WILL YOU SEND MY ITEM(S)?
- Please do not send me questions about this, unless you ordered in 2011. Otherwise I should be shipping yours out the Thursday after I receive your payment.
❤ WHEN DO YOU SHIP THINGS?
- Usually I try to ship things on Thursday. If not Thursday, then Saturday UNLESS other issues prevent me from doing so.
❤ WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
- A pre-order is when you order something before I have it in-stock.
❤ WHEN DO I SEND MY PAYMENT FOR PRE-ORDERS?
- After I send out confirmation emails UNLESS you also ordered an in-stock item as well. If you do order in-stocks and pre-order items, go ahead and send your payment.
❤ WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?!
- I do not control what happens after I send your item in the mail. It is not my responsibility. Please take into consideration that the post office has had a lot of recent job cuts, holidays, weather, and other factors.
❤ WILL YOU SEND A REPLACEMENT?
- I’m sorry, I will not send replacements.
❤ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Due to a large amount of cancellations, you can no longer cancel your order. This includes pre-orders. Please only make an order if you will 100% go through with it.
❤ CAN I ORDER ________ ALBUM THROUGH YOU?
- Yes! I do have some U-Kiss albums up in the store available for order. Once you order, send your payment ASAP. You do not have to wait for a confirmation email.

- Yes, but please be aware that if you want to add items, the shipping may go up.

- Yes. This includes when using a credit card!
